Living systems for thriving groups: supporting you to organise collaboratively

This free online course from RadHR introduces "Living Systems" — the explicit or implicit ways a group handles decisions, conflict, support, and other organisational needs — and offers perspectives, practical options drawn from other groups, and pathways for developing these systems collaboratively. It covers eight interconnected areas: purpose and power; decision-making; conflict engagement; feedback; care and support; connection and community; resource distribution; and information flow. The course is particularly useful for non-hierarchical or collaborative groups seeking to make their organising practices transparent, intentional, and equitable, though participants are advised to complete the introduction first as it provides essential framing for the rest of the material.
