Reduced work week trial policy

The policy includes a structured evaluation framework — staff surveys, supervisor check-ins, and defined success criteria — to inform a permanent decision by November/December 2025. Organisations should note that several provisions (holiday dates, leave types, Summer Fridays) reference the originating organisation's own Personnel Manual and will need adapting for other contexts.
