Pay policy
This policy sets a single base day rate and salary for all RadHR workers regardless of role or seniority, then applies additive (non-compounded) percentage uplifts across seven categories: time worked, dependents, no recourse to public funds, experience of marginalisation, city living, disability or long-term health conditions, and additional worker-defined factors. It also covers pension matching up to 5% into ethically invested funds, an emergency pay system that prioritises housing costs and equal disposable income over redundancy, and guidance on government benefit schemes. Notably, workers self-assess most uplifts without requiring formal proof, and those with significant unearned wealth or inheritance are expected to voluntarily decline some uplifts. The policy is reviewed annually each December and is explicitly framed around redressing social, racial, and economic injustice.
