Maintenance meeting

This RadHR policy template, adapted from Resist + Renew, provides a ~75-minute recurring meeting agenda designed to give team members space to reflect on their enjoyment, closeness, fulfilment, and capacity within the group. It includes structured go-rounds for a temperature check and capacity check, followed by an open section for surfacing difficulties, interpersonal dynamics, or concerns. Notably, the meeting's stated anti-aim is to resolve all tensions on the spot; instead, outputs focus on identifying appropriate next steps such as 1-1 conversations, external facilitation, or agenda items for future meetings. It is particularly suited to small, self-organising teams seeking to embed regular relational care and conflict-prevention practices.
