Workshop & consultancy criteria / costings policy

This policy explains which types of bespoke work RadHR will undertake (workshops and limited consultancy), how decisions are made about accepting requests using a structured five-step process, and what is charged via sliding-scale day rates and workshop fees banded by organisational income (small under £150k, medium £150k–£500k, large £500k–£2m, massive over £2m). Consultancy is largely reserved for funders and umbrella/membership bodies, with any surplus used to subsidise free or reduced-cost work with smaller groups. It also sets out criteria for bringing in external facilitators, including expectations around their understanding of radical HR and power dynamics, and should be read alongside RadHR's Pay Policy. Note that specific monetary figures are redacted (shown as £XXX) in the published version.
