Privacy policy

This policy sets out how RadHR collects and processes personal data across its website, community forum, newsletter, and policy library, detailing the legal bases under UK GDPR for each type of processing. It covers data security measures (SSL, encrypted disks, open-source forum software), retention periods (e.g. server logs kept no more than 90 days), and the use of privacy-respecting Matomo analytics instead of third-party tools such as Google Analytics. The policy also explains users' UK GDPR rights — including access, rectification, erasure, and portability — and notes that RadHR does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. A notable caveat is that policies uploaded to the RadHR Library are published under a CC BY-SA 4.0 licence, meaning RadHR cannot enforce removal of derivatives even if the original is taken down.
