New parent policies

This policy document sets out Tripod's enhanced maternity, paternity, shared parental, and adoption leave and pay entitlements, going beyond statutory minimums and applying to all staff regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or family structure. A notable caveat is that specific pay figures (e.g. £172.48/week) and the circa-£2,500 organisational top-up reflect the rates and finances of Tripod at the time of writing and will need updating for other organisations.
