Employee health and wellbeing policy

This policy, produced by RadHR and attributed to an organisation called Fierce, sets out a philosophy and practical procedures for supporting staff and freelancers' physical and mental health, grounded in values of trust, joy, disruption, and rigour. It covers voluntary disability and health disclosure, access documents, reasonable adjustments, an Employee Assistance Programme, flexible working, and Access to Work support. The policy also addresses workplace and external stress triggers, boundary-setting, workload management, and how to respond when staff face ableism or racism from external partners. It is explicitly presented as a living document, intended to evolve with the needs of the team.
