Core team policy

This policy defines RadHR Ltd's Core Team as the main decision-making body responsible for day-to-day organisational work, covering eligibility criteria for directors, PAYE staff, and freelancers (based on a minimum of 1.5 days per week threshold). It explains the rationale for the hours-based threshold — namely to prevent power imbalances between workers — and outlines what happens when a member's contracted hours prove insufficient for Core Team responsibilities. The policy also clarifies how non-Core Team members, such as community members and freelancers, feed into decisions on an ad hoc basis, with a note that wider participatory structures (e.g. advisory groups, member forums) are yet to be developed.
