Team-wide mentoring

This policy from RadHR establishes that every PIRC team member is entitled to at least 12 one-hour sessions per year with an external mentor, covering work-related and personal issues, workplan support, and longer-term development. It also outlines annual appraisal meetings and dedicated anti-oppression one-to-ones, with collective feedback feeding into team-wide discussions. Coordination responsibilities sit with the People Group, which monitors attendance and approves additional mentoring requests.
