Living our values
This policy sets out the five team values adopted by WEAll's Global Amplification (Amp) staff team, last updated March 2022 and reviewed annually. For each value — Trust, Passion, Care, Togetherness, and Equality — it describes how the value manifests in practice, provides specific behavioural habits, and outlines corresponding communication expectations. Notable features include an emphasis on self-management and advice-based decision-making, Non-Violent Communication (NVC) principles, mutual accountability, and placing the collective ecosystem above individual ego. The policy applies to the Amp team specifically and is not intended to represent the values of the broader WEAll movement.
