Peer-to-peer feedback & reflection process

This policy sets out a four-stage process for peer-to-peer performance reflection within a collective: preparations (choosing who gives feedback and attends meetings), completing self-evaluation and feedback forms, organising a feedback meeting, and running a structured one-hour meeting that closes with personal and collective improvement points. The person being evaluated drives the process, selecting two written-feedback givers and two to three meeting attendees, with at least one care team member involved throughout. Collective improvement points are later gathered by the care team and discussed across the whole group, making this a participatory rather than top-down evaluation approach. The resource includes linked tips for giving and receiving feedback, and acknowledges inspiration from Fian Belgium, Friends of the Earth Europe, and Drift for Transition.
